随着教育技术培训的持续开展,诸多学校均使用了混合学习的模式,融合两者优势,科学重组两种培训模式,使教师在学习教育技术知识方面拥有了更多的机会,同时也在某种程度中填补了面授培训与远程培训各自的不足。因此,把混合学习原理应用于教师教育技术培训当中,可以建立并完善教师的培训体系,推动教学模式的创新及发展。

With the continuous development of educational technology training,many schools have used a nfixed learning model,the integration of the two advantages,scientific reorganization of two training models,so that teachers in the study of educational technology knowledge has more opportunities,but also in a The degree of filling the face-to-face training and remote training their own deficiencies. Therefore,the mixed learning principle applied to the teacher education technology training which can establish and improve the teacher＇s training system to promote the teaching model of innovation and development.
