Establishing a System to Cultivate Postgraduates' Research and Innovative Ability in the "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" Background

在大众创业、万众创新时期,研究生教育质量关系着我国经济社会的发展。近年来,由于招生规模不断扩大,过程管理松散,科研条件欠缺,评价体系不科学,导致研究生群体出现了科研实践能力不足、创新创业意识淡薄、科研创新意愿缺失等问题。通过强化过程管理、营造良好环境、完善评价体系,构建三位一体的研究生科研创新能力培养体系,能够有效解决当前研究生培养所面临的问题,提高研究生教育质量。

In the period of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the quality of graduate education has impact on the development of China＇s economy and society, In recent years,the scale of postgraduate enrollment continued growth,but the process-management for students is becoming increasingly loose,while the research condition and the evaluation system are also backward. Under these circumstances,some problem are exposed in postgraduate group, such as the insufficiency in research ability,the deficiency of innovative consciousness,the lack of research and innovation will. We want to establish a system to cultivate postgraduates＇ research and innovative ability by strengthening the process-management,creating a conducive environment for research and improving the graduate evaluation system. It can effectively improve the quality of graduate education.
