基于CDIO模式的研究生“运筹学”课程教学体系改革与评价分析

Based on CDIO Mode of Graduate Student "Operations Research" Teaching System Reform and Evaluation Analysis

基于CDIO工程教育模式,华东交通大学将硕士研究生运筹学课程结合人才培养中的地位、作用和任务,重新确定了培养目标、能力大纲、课程体系和新的考核标准,对运筹学课程教学体系进行改革,创造性地提出并实践了OR-CDIO课程体系。运用新的评价体系对实施效果进行评价发现,OR—CDIO能够有效的激发学生学习兴趣,提高师资力量,实现了"做中学"战略下的CDIO模式并做到产学研结合。

Based on CDIO engineering education mode,east China jiaotong university will be operational research of postgraduate courses combining with the status,function and task of personnel training, to determine the outline of the training goal,ability,course system and the new assessment standards,the operational research course teaching system reform,put forward creatively the OR-CDIO curriculum system and practice.Using the new evaluation system to evaluate the effect,found that the OR-CDIO can effectively stimulate students interest in learning,improve the faculty, implement the strategy of＇learning by doing＂CDIO mode and to combine production.
