Exploration and Practice of "Dual-certificate Integration" Talents Training in Health Information Management Specialty

"双证融通"人才培养方式,能够实现高职院校人才培养与社会人才需求的有效对接。通过"双证融通"所培养出来的人才在学历素质方面和专业技能两方面,都能较好地满足社会的需求,就业质量得到了提高。本研究立足于医疗器械行业,借助上海健康医学院的平台,探讨如何在高职卫生信息管理专业进行"双证融通"人才培养,并根据学校和专业的自身情况进行了探索和实践。

＂Dual-certificate integration＂talents training mode,can realize the effective connection between the talents training of Higher Vocational Colleges and the needs of social talents.The students who were trained by the＇dual-certificate integration＂can better meet the needs oFthe community,in both the academic qualifications area and professional skills area.And the quality of employment has been improved.This research which is based on the medical device industry,with the platform of Shanghai university of medicine ＆ health sciences,discusses how to carry out the＂dual-certificate integration＂training in health information management specialty in higher vocational education,and carries out exploration and practice according to the university＇s own situation.
