《建筑结构选型》是高等学校建筑学专业的一门重要课程。作者针对该课程教学中常见的问题,结合自己的教学研究以及教学过程中积累的宝贵经验,提出一些改进建议,旨在提高这门课程的教学效果,调动学生学习的积极性和主动性,使其真正理解并掌握不同建筑结构体系的力学特点和应用范围,为其将来从事建筑设计工作奠定良好的基础。

＂Building Structure Selection＂ is an important course for undergraduates majoring in the architecture. To deal with the common problems in the course,the author proposes some approaches according to his study and experience on the teaching. These proposed approaches serve to improve the teaching effect of this course,motivate them to study this course actively,help them comprehend the mechanical properties of each building structure and its application,and lay the ground for their architectural work in the future.
