摘要
针对《茶叶深加工》课程的教学现状,剖析该课程的一线教学现状,论述了该课程的教学内容,对《茶叶深加工》课程的教学方法,教材选择等问题进行了分析,并对今后的教改方向提出建议,以期提高《茶叶深加工》课程的教学效果。
Deep processing of tea is one of the comprehensive courses for college students majoring in tea science. This paper takes this course as an example to analyze the teaching status of the course,and put forward tentative strategies,such as renewing text content and teaching methods,so as to make better service for the classroom or practical education,arriving a better teaching effect.
