高校理工类实验室有害物管理与防护体系建设初探

The Construction of Hazards Management and Protection System for Science and Engineering Laboratories of University

高校理工类实验室是开展教学科研的重要载体,在理工类学科的教学科研实践中会接触到各种类型的有害物,存在不同的安全风险。本文以西方发达国家的环境、健康和安全(EHS)综合管理体系就有害物管理与防护体系建设的理念、规则、装备和实施等进行探讨,以期为高校理工类实验室的有害物管理与防护体系建设提供参考,促进校园安全文化建设。

The laboratories are the very important carriers for the science and engineering teaching and research in the universities. The hazards can be encountered normally in the laboratories,and the safety risks should be treated seriously. In this paper,we discussed the hazards management and protection system based on the integrated management system of the Environment,Health and Safety （EHS） from the Western developed countries,introduced the ideas,rules, equipment and implementation. We hope that this paper can be used as a reference for the management and protection system construction in Chinese universities and can help to improve the construction of the campus safety culture.
