摘要
结合某供热锅炉房输煤系统扬尘治理,对输煤系统现场出现扬尘的主要原因、治理方案进行探讨,介绍治理效果。产生扬尘的主要原因为防尘罩的结构不合理、防尘挡帘密闭性能差、清扫器作用不明显、水喷淋系统降尘效果不理想等。经过改造,输送皮带位置的粉尘质量浓度由改造前的8 mg/m^3左右,下降至3.2 mg/m^3左右,治理效果明显。
Combined with the airborne dust con- trol of the coal handling system in a heating boiler room, the main reasons for at the coal handling system discussed, and the control the airborne dust appeared and the treatment plan are effect is introduced. The main causes for the airborne dust emission are the un- reasonable structure of the dust cover, the poor sealing performance of the dust screen, the poor cleaning effect of the sweeper and the poor dust suppression effect of the water spraying system. After transformation, the dust mass concentration at the conveyor belt is reduced from about 8 mg/m^3 to about 3.2 mg/m^3, and the con- trol effect is obvious.
