昆明医科大学遗体捐献工作30周年的总结和思考

Reflection on Thirty Years Registered Data of Body Donation in Kunming Medical University

通过对昆明医科大学近30年的479例遗体捐献登记资料进行整理分析,发现20世纪80年代~90年代遗体捐献工作进展缓慢,近10年来登记逐年增多。总体上,男性登记年龄以50岁~80岁为主,女性则以60岁~80岁占大多数;职业分布以企业职工为主,医务工作者登记表现欠佳,农业居民登记者亦呈逐年增多趋势。遗体捐献登记者中以高中、中专(职)学历为主。医疗、政府机构是志愿者获取遗体捐献信息的主要途径。目前登记数量相对于云南省的人口基数及医学相关需求无疑杯水车薪,需要创造条件完善遗体捐献工作流程,提高大众对遗体捐献认可度。

This paper analyzed the 479 cases of the body donation registration of Kunming Medical University in past 30 years. From 1980s to 1990s, the body donation made slow progress, but the registration numbers had increased in the last 10 years. In general, the register age of male donors was from 50 to 80 years old, while the register age of female donors was mainly from 60 to 80 years old. Most of the donors were enterprise workers, fewer donors were medical practitioners, and more and more rural residents became donors. Most of the body donors had high school or secondary school education. Medical and government agencies were the main ways for volunteers to obtain information on the donation of their bodies. The current registration quantity is undoubtedly inadequate to the population base and medical demand of Yunnan Province and it is necessary to create conditions to perfect body donation workflow, and improve public acceptance of the body donation.
