综合大学与独立建制的医学院(校)发展态势比较研究

A Comparative Study on Development Trends between Medical Schools of Comprehensive Universities and Independent Medical Colleges

医学院校并入综合类大学后的发展与独立建制医学院校同样面临如何培养高质量医学卫生人才的问题,但面对的困境及解决路径有所不同。综合大学医学院(部)应在资源与学科的优势基础上完善医学教育管理,独立建制医学院校则应在以综合化建设增强医学卫生人才培养质量的同时逐步加强内涵建设,从求量过渡到求质。在实践发展中,无论是综合大学医学院(部)还是独立建制医学院校,其发展趋势及发展方向应始终以我国医疗卫生形势及全球医学教育改革的要求为根本指导。

Same as the independent medical colleges, after merging into comprehensive universities, the medical school （center） of comprehensive universities also face the problem of how to cultivate high quality medical and health personnel, but with different difficulties and solutions. Medical school （center） of comprehensive universities should improve the management of medical education on the basis of the advantages of resources and subjects, and independent medical colleges should strengthen the connotation construction and enhance the quality of medical and health personnel training by the comprehensive construction. In practice, no matter it is a medical school（center） of comprehensive university or an independent medical school, its development trend and direction should always be guided by the situation of medical and health care in China and the requirements of the global medical education reform.
