外源丙酸对干旱胁迫下小麦氮代谢和产量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为了解外源丙酸对小麦抗旱性的影响,以豫农211为试验材料,在大田条件下测定和分析了外源丙酸(拌种5mmol·L^(-1),喷施0.25mmol·L^(-1))对小麦氮代谢相关指标和产量的影响。结果发现,干旱胁迫下,小麦的生长发育受到明显抑制,干物质积累量、可溶性蛋白含量、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性、硝酸还原酶(NR)活性均显著下降,脯氨酸含量升高,产量下降。外源丙酸处理可以使受干旱胁迫小麦的干物质积累量、可溶性蛋白含量、GS活性、NR活性和产量均显著增加,脯氨酸含量显著下降。说明适宜浓度的外源丙酸处理可减轻干旱对小麦生长发育的抑制作用,提高小麦的氮代谢和产量水平。 To research the effect of exogenous propionic acid on drought resistance of wheat, this exper- iment took Yunong 211 as material, to determine and analyze the effect of exogenous propionic acid (seed dressing 5 mmol L-1 ,spray application 0.25 mmol L-1) on the wheat yield and the drought resistance indices of wheat by field experiment. The results showed that the growth of wheat was significantly inhibited by drought stress, with the decrease of the amount of dry matter accumulation, sol- uble protein content,GS and NR activities and wheat yield but an increase of proline content. Under drought stress,the amount of dry matter accumulation, soluble protein content, GS and NR activities and wheat yield were increased,while the proline content was decreased by the treatment of propionic acid,compared with those of control. The above results showed that application of propionic acid with appropriate concentration reduced the inhibiting effect on wheat growth under drought stress, and im- proved the yield and nitrogen metabolism of wheat.
