摘要
研究干旱胁迫对1年生狮子球播种苗生理特征的影响,结果表明:干旱胁迫对狮子球保护酶活性及渗透调节物质都有较大影响。POD活性与脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量呈显著正相关,它是苗木抵御干旱胁迫的主要保护酶,游离脯氨酸在干旱持续加重的情况下起到主要的渗透调节作用。综合分析认为,狮子球是一种抗旱性较强的树种,将狮子球作为园林树种推广应用时,在高温旱季给土壤及时补水,可使狮子球达到最大的景观效果。
Studied the physiological characteristics of one-year seedlings of C. canescens by durative drought stress. Results showed that: Osmotic adjustment and protective enzyme activity of C. canescens were affected by drought stress by certain remarkable degrees. POD activity showed an obviously positive correlation with the contents of soluble sugar and proline.POD was the main protective enzyme under drought stress, while proline was a main osmotic protective substance by the continuous drought stress. Comprehensive analysis showed that C. canescens was a highly drought-resistant tree species. In order to achieve better landscape effect, C. canescens used as garden tree should be paid attention on irrigation in dry season.
