310S耐热不锈钢热变形行为及热加工图 被引量:6

Hot deformation behavior and hot processing maps of310Sheat-resistance stainless steel

摘要 研究了310S耐热不锈钢在应变速率为0.01~30s-1、变形温度为1 000~1 200℃条件下的热变形行为和再结晶规律,计算出热变形激活能为564.25kJ/mol,建立了热变形方程和热加工图,并给出了310S热加工失稳区域。310S耐热不锈钢的热加工过程是软化和硬化竞争的过程,软化作用始终抵消不了加工硬化的作用,整个变形过程中流变应力一直增加,没有流变应力峰值现象。 The thermal deformation behavior and recrystallization behavior of 310S heat-resistance stainless steel was analyzed at the temperatures ranging from 1 000 to 1 200 ℃ and strain rates ranging from 0.01 to 30 s-1. The cor- responding thermal deformation activity energy was calculated as 564.25 kJ/mol. The thermal deformation equation and the hot processing maps were established,and the thermal processing instability region of 310S was presented. The result showed that the thermal processing of 310S heat resistance stainless steel was a competitive process of softening and hardening of steel. While, the softening effect was unable to entirely offset the hardening effect. In the whole process,the flow stress increased over time,and the peak flow stress did not appear.
