薄带钢热连轧活套起套控制研究及优化 被引量:6

Research and optimization of raising-up control of looper of thin strip hot rolling line

摘要 精轧机组活套控制水平直接影响薄规格产品的轧制能力,是保证带钢宽度和厚度质量控制能否稳定的前提。活套能否稳定起套直接关系到热连轧精轧系统穿带过程的安全性,活套稳定起套的前提是机架间的初始金属秒流量差维持在一定范围内,但受多种因素的影响,轧制薄规格时稳定起套较难控制。通过对起套过程的控制分析,针对某热轧厂的生产情况,从起套角和张力控制着手,提出了4项起套控制要求,优化了薄规格带钢轧制时起套转矩控制工艺,并引进维稳张力系数,优化张力设定计算模型,降低了头部张力超调量,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,提高了薄规格穿带过程的稳定性。 The control level of the looper of the finishing mill group has directly influence on the rolling capability of thin products. Besides, it's the premise to ensure the stability of the width and thickness quality control. Whether the raising up of looper is stable has directly influence on the security of the crossing process in hot strip mill. The premise of stable raising-up of looper is to keep the initial metal flow rate difference between stands in a certain scope. However, affected by many factors, it's difficult to control the stability of the raise-up of looper when rolling the thin gauge products. According to the production status of some hot mill plant, by analyzing the control process of raising-up of looper, four-point control requirements were put forward from the raising up angle and tension con- trol. The control technology of raising up torque in the thin gauge products rolling process was optimized. At the same time, the tension setting calculation modei was optimized by the introduction of the stability maintenance ten sion coefficient, and in this way, the overshoot of strip head tension was decreased. In practice, the optimized rai- sing-up control of looper had achieved good results and the stability of crossing process of the thin gauge products were improved.
