摘要
在政府和高等教育管理机构高度重视高校数字素养教育的背景下,JISC和英国国家与大学图书馆协会等行业机构在高等教育领域实施了一系列数字素养教育实践探索活动,为以图书馆为核心的高校数字素养教育的开展奠定了基础。受其启发,国内高校图书馆可从以下几方面开展数字素养教育实践:制定数字素养框架,构建灵活健全的数字环境,设立数字学术中心,建立相关馆员的数字素养培训体系,发展和维持稳健的合作伙伴关系。
As digital literacy education has received more attention from the UK government and higher education institutions, the JISC and organizations like the Society of College, National and University Libraries have implemented a series of activities that aim to promote digital literacy education. These activities lay a solid foundation for library-based digital literacy education in colleges and universities. University libraries in China should learn from UK's experience and deploy digital literacy education by establishing digital literacy framework, constructing a dynamic digital environment, developing digital scholarship centers, establishing digital literacy training system for librarians, and developing and maintaining robust partnerships.
