Research on the Communication and Influence of Librarianship Between China and Japan in 1980s

20世纪80年代的中日图书馆事业交流形式多样、内容丰富,包括我国引进与翻译日本图书馆专业文献、中日文献资源建设上的交流合作、中日人员互访和业务交流、派遣访问学者及研修生等,在当时特殊的历史时期中具有鲜明的时代性特征。日本图书馆事业管理思想和实践对我国图书馆事业、图书馆学研究及专业教育等产生了深刻影响,加快了我国图书馆事业从传统向现代化的迅速转型。

The exchanges between Chinese and Japanese libraries in the 1980s were diverse in form and rich in content, including introduction and translation of Japanese libraries＇ professional literature, exchange and cooperation on the construction of literature resources between China and Japan, visits and business exchanges between Chinese and Japanese personnel, sending visiting scholars and trainees, and so on. These activities reflect the idiosyncrasy of the special historical time. Japanese libraries＇ managerial principles and practices have great influence on Chinese libraries, research, and professional education of library science. They speeded up the Chinese library＇s transformation from traditional model to a modern one.
