河南省大学生饮食行为现状分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解河南省大学生饮食行为的流行现况,为采取有效的预防和控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取河南省13所大学的2 600名大学生进行问卷调查。结果不良饮食行为报告率:7.7%的学生经常喝汽水饮料,9.8%的学生经常吃甜食,11.1%的学生经常吃油炸食品,2.6%的学生经常吃方便面,2.3%的学生经常吃西式快餐,20.7%的学生经常吃路边摊,60.6%的学生有偏食行为;健康饮食行为报告率:22.7%的学生经常吃水果,52.0%的学生经常吃蔬菜,73.5%的学生经常吃早餐,27.9%的学生至少每天喝1杯牛奶(豆浆、酸奶和豆奶)。非条件logistic回归分析结果显示,母亲文化程度高、人均月收入高和缺乏体力活动(上网、玩电子游戏≥4小时)是经常喝汽水饮料、吃甜食的危险因素,而学习时间≥4小时是保护因素。结论河南省大学生饮食行为不容乐观,应根据不同性别、城乡和年级特点采取针对性的干预措施,促使大学生养成良好的饮食习惯。 OBJECTIVE To study the prevalence of dietary behaviors among college students in Henan province, in order to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control measures. METHOD Total of 2 600 students from 11 universities in Henan province were selected by stratified cluster sampling method and questionnaire. RESULTS The rate of self-reported unhealthy behavior was: 7.7% for drinking beverage frequently, 9.8% for eating sweet dessert, 11.1% for eating fried foods, 2.6% for eating instant noodles, 2.3% for eating ?western fast-food, 20.7% for eating roadside market, 60.6% of students for food preferences behavior. The rate of healthy behavior was: 22.7% for eating fresh fruit frequently, 52.0% for eating vegetables, 73.5% for having breakfast, 27.9% for drinking milk. CONCLUSION The diet behaviors of college students in Henan was not optimistic, intervention measures should be taken according to areas, gender and different grades, so as to build a healthy dietary behaviors for the college students.
