脑卒中患者实施早期康复护理干预对改善其生活质量及日常生活能力的作用

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Improving Quality of Life and Daily Living Ability in Stroke Patients

目的探讨早期康复护理干预应用于脑卒中患者中的效果。方法选取2016年2月—2017年1月于医院治疗的68例脑卒中患者实施研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规康复训练及护理,34例)与观察组(常规护理及康复训练基础上实施早期康复护理干预,34例)。分别于干预前及干预4周后采用简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表、国际通用量表改良Bar-thel指数评价两组患者运动功能与日常生活能力;通过问卷调查表形式完成对干预前、干预4周后生活质量的评价。结果观察组干预4周后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Barthel指数及生活质量评分分别为(54.85±4.75)分、(63.75±7.65)分、(81.88±6.72)分,明显高于对照组的(37.48±3.82)分、(54.78±6.92)分、(68.17±4.99)分,t=(16.61,5.07,9.55),P=(0.00,0.00,0.00);两组患者干预4周后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、Barthel指数及生活质量评分均明显高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论实施早期康复护理干预可有助于脑卒中患者运动功能的改善,有利于增强其自信心而更好地改善其日常生活能力,促进其配合医护人员治疗,最终改善其生活质量。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on stroke patients. METHODS A total of 68 stroke patients treated in the hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in a randomized list of patients who were di- vided into control group（routine rehabilitation training and nursing, 34 patients） and observation group（routine care and Rehabilitation training based on the implementation of early rehabilitation nursing intervention, 34 cases）. Before and after 4 weeks of intervention, the Fugl-Meyer motor function scale was used to evaluate the motor function and daily living ability of the two groups. The questionnaire was used to complete the evaluation of Life Quality after week of intervention,previous intervention. RESULTS The scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function score, Barthel index and quality of life were significantly （54.85±4.75）, （63.75±7.65） and （81.88±6.72） respectively in the observation group at 4 weeks after the intervention group （37.48±3.82 （54.78±6.92）, （68.17±4.99） points, t=（16.61, 5.07, 9.55）, P=（0.00, 0.00, 0.00）; Fugl-Meyer motor function score, Barthel index and quality of life scores were significantly higher than previous intervention, P〈0.05. CONCLUSION The implementation of early rehabilitation nursing intervention can help improve the motor function of stroke patients, help to enhance their self-confidence and better improve their daily living ability, to promote their medical treatment with the staff, and ultimately improve their quality of life.
