摘要
随着高速铁路"走出去"战略的实施,提高高速铁路经营管理人才胜任素质,探索基于胜任素质的人力资源管理模式,对于高速铁路的发展具有重要意义。在实际调研的基础上,通过因子分析方法构建高速铁路经营管理人才胜任素质指标体系,该指标体系包括职业素质要求、内部协作能力、个人特质要求、专业能力要求等维度,并对胜任素质指标体系在实际管理工作中的应用提出建议,以期对高速铁路的人才管理工作提供借鉴。
Following the implementation of high-speed railway "go global" strategy, the competency quality with high-speed railway operation as well as management talents and the discussion on labor resource management mode based on competency quality have an important meaning in high-speed railway development. On the basis of an actual investigation, the competency quality index system with high-speed railway operation and management talents is established. The system includes the dimensions of requirements on professional qualities, internal coordination capacity, requirements on personal traits and requirements on professional ability. This paper puts forward suggestions on an application of the system on actual management works so as to provide reference for high-speed railway talents management works.
