Study on Establishment of Urban Rail Transit Operation Information Issuing System

在分析乘客轨道交通出行面临的主要问题的基础上,通过系统功能需求分析,提出轨道交通运营信息发布系统应具有路面GIS显示功能、路网GIS显示功能和附加功能等,并构建城市轨道交通运营信息发布系统,包括路面GIS子系统、路网GIS子系统、车站信息子系统和显示子系统,为城市轨道交通管理、路网调度和车站站务等部门提供相关信息,为乘客合理利用轨道交通资源、提高出行效率、降低出行风险提供支撑,进一步提高城市轨道交通运营管理水平。

On the basis of analyzing the main problems and information demands of passengers＇ travel by rail transit, this paper puts forward that rail transit operation information issuing system should be provided with road surface GIS display function, railway network GIS display function and auxiliary functions, and the urban rail transit operation information issuing system, which is composed of road surface GIS subsystem, railway network GIS subsystem, station information subsystem and display subsystem, should be established. All of these provide relative information for urban rail transit management departments, railway network traffic control and station website service, also offer supports for passengers reasonably using rail transit resource, increasing travel efficiency and reducing travel risk, and then further improve urban rail transit operation and management level.
