摘要
在油田开发过程中,含油污泥的排放不可避免会对环境造成污染。首先通过正交试验及计算流体力学等方法,模拟出可用于处理细颗粒污泥的旋流器结构。然后通过对不同试验组的固相体积分数分布云图、底流口油相体积分数分布以及溢流口压力降的综合分析,筛选出旋流分离单体的最优结构,并针对最优结构优化其操作参数。最终设计出高效的处理油田含油污泥的双锥旋流结构单体,以达到减少环境污染的目的。
During the oil field development,the release of oily sludge inevitably pollutes the environment.It applies orthogonal design and computational fluid dynamics simulation to build separating fine particles of dual-cone hydro-cyclone model.According to analysis on the different experimental of solid-phase volume,oil-phase volume of underflow port and pressure fall of overflow port,it obtains the optimal structure.Based on these tests,it describes the optimal structure operating parameters,designs efficient hydro-cyclone handling of oil-bearing sludge.This design reduces the environmental pollution.
