摘要
为了提高注塑模具设计人员的工作效率,选择Visual Studio 2010为开发平台,利用UG软件提供的二次开发工具,开发了注塑模具典型零部件工程图的自动生成模块。在对零部件外形特征分析的基础上,采用合适的方法对所需的标注元素进行识别和提取,实现了部分注塑模具零件工程图尺寸的自动标注和合理布局,缩短了模具工程图的制作时间。
In order to improve the efficiency of die designer,it establishes the automatic generation module of the engineering drawings for the typical parts of injection mold in Visual Studio 2010 combined with UG APP development toolkit.On the basis of analysis of parts shape features,it presents the method to identify and extract the required annotation elements,which implements the automatic dimensioning and reasonable layout of engineering drawings of injection mold parts.This method shortens the production time of mold drawings.
