摘要
为某电动汽车用两挡AMT设计了一种结构新颖的换挡执行机构,采用权函数法对空间凸轮凹槽螺旋角的值进行优化选取,并基于非同步打齿现象的产生机理对换挡电机转速进行优化。利用ADAMS软件对换挡执行机构进行运动学仿真分析,仿真结果表明该换挡执行机构可以可靠平稳地换挡。
It designs a novel shifting actuator for two-speed automatic transmission applied to the electric automobile.Selecting the helix angle of spatial cam optimally with weight function,it controls the rotational speed of shifting motor optimally based on the generation principle of nonsynchronous-beating gear.It simulates the kinematic analysis of mechanism in the environment of ADAMS.The simulation results show that the shifting actuator can shift between different gears reliably.
