基于改进重置成本法的二手车价值评估系统研究

Research on the value evaluation system of used cars based on improved replacement cost method

为了满足二手车价值评估需求,基于改进重置成本法对二手车价值评估系统进行设计。系统包括系统管理模块、二手车参数管理模块、二手车评估管理模块、评估信息查询模块,输入相关的二手车基本参数信息,通过系统计算得到二手车的成新率、评估收购价格和评估售出价格。最后以奥迪A6为例对系统进行分析,得到二手汽车的评估结果。

In order to meet the needs of used cars value evaluation,it develops a used cars value evaluation system based on improved replacement cost method.The system includes the system management module,used car parameter management module and evaluation management module,evaluation information query module.Inputting relevant basic information of the used car,the system calculates the new rate of the used car,evaluates the purchase price and selling price.Taking Audi A6 as an example,ir shows the application of the system,obtains the evaluation results of used cars.
