摘要 CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机的开发应用是解决能源危机和环境污染问题最为便捷和有效的途径之一。在1台4RB2电控汽油机上加装顺序喷射天然气系统,在完成动力性标定的基础上,对发动机CNG/汽油两种燃烧模式不同转速下的燃油经济性和NO_x、HC、CO等有害排放物的排放水平进行了对比研究。结果发现,各测试转速工况下发动机燃用CNG的能耗均比燃用汽油的低,HC、CO的排放水平亦优于汽油燃烧模式,而NO_x则在高转速工况下表现出明显的优势,说明CNG作为点燃式发动机的燃料具有较强的优越性。 The development of CNG/gasoline flexible-fuel engines is an effective and efficient way to solve energy crisis and air pollution problems in the transportation sector.Taking an electronic controlled engine 4RB2 as the object,it compares the fuel efficiency and engine-out emissions(NOx,HC,CO) between CNG and gasoline operation modes under varied speed based on power performance,finds that when the engine consumed with CNG the energy efficiency and HC,CO emissions are significant lower than those when the engine consumed gasoline under all tested conditions,while NOx emission of CNG mode shows advantage significantly under high speed condition.It shows the advantages of CNG work as an SI engine fuel obviously.
