摘要
航空发动机设计过程中,静子机匣形位公差要求是保证支点同心度进而保证转子可靠工作的最重要因素。静子机匣形位公差定义得准确与否、数值分配得合理与否,直接决定了航空发动机的安全性、可靠性以及经济性。通过对静子机匣形位公差传递研究分析,提出了一种航空发动机静子机匣形位公差的定义方式,以及基于Vis VSA软件的形位公差分配方法,能够很好地对静子机匣形位公差进行分配并保证目标值。
In the process of aircraft engine design,the geometric tolerance of stator is most important factor that ensures the off-set of pivot concentricity and rotor operating reliability. The precision of stator geometric tolerance definition and the rationality of numerical distribution determine the security,reliability and economy of the aviation engine. Based on the research of the geometric tolerance of stator,it presents an aircraft engine stator geometric tolerance definition,and a method for distributing geometric tolerance based on VSA software. This method can distribute the geometric tolerance of stator accurately and ensure the target.
