摘要
针对花楸种子通过3种层积方法(持续低温、低温-中温、低温-高温)、不同赤霉素浓度处理研究其对花楸种子发芽的影响。结果表明:经过100mg/L GA处理后采用35天0~5℃层积后转入5~15℃层积的方法,其平均发芽时间最短,62.3天即可发芽,并且绝对发芽率最高,达到69.13%。
