“双创”背景下大学生自主创业对劳动力市场的影响

The effect on the self-employment of university students for the labor market under the background of “Double gen”

用实证分析的方法,研究大学生自主创业对劳动力市场的影响,发现大学生自主创业比例与城镇失业率有明显的负相关性,大学生自主创业比例的上升能显著降低城镇失业率,单位根、协整和格兰杰检验的结果显示大学生自主创业比例是城镇失业率的格兰杰原因,"双创"政策的提出有利于失业率的降低和经济的发展。采用问卷调查的形式,探求出大学生自主创业存在的问题,最后提出促进大学生自主创业的相应建议。

Microscopic analysis is applied in this article to study the influence of the self-employment of university students for the labor market,found that college students’ self-employment ratio has obvious negative correlation with the urban unemployment rate.The increase of proportion of college students’ selfemployment can significantly reduce the urban unemployment rate.Unit root,Cointrgration and Granger test results show that the proportion of college students’ self-employment is the granger cause of urban unemployment rate,and the＂double creation＂policy is conducive to the reduction of unemployment and economic development.And use the form of questionnaire survey to explore the problems of college students’ self-employment,and finally put forward corresponding suggestions to promote the college students’ selfemployment.
