四种农药对番茄叶片抗氧化相关酶活性的影响

摘要 为了揭示农药对番茄叶片抗氧化相关酶活性的影响,以番茄为试验材料,利用四种具代表性杀虫剂,毒死蜱、氯虫苯甲酰胺、苏云金杆菌、噻虫嗪分别处理番茄叶片,并测定其APX、PPO、CAT、POD酶活性及相应的蛋白含量。结果表明,农药杀虫剂处理番茄后,番茄叶片蛋白含量受到除苏云金杆菌处理外的其他农药处理的不同程度的影响,番茄叶片的抗氧化系统也发生了明显的变化,抗氧化酶活性呈现出不同程度的提高以响应农药处理,但均随时间的延长而逐渐变小。APX、PPO、CAT酶活性在农药处理后12 h^1 d期间达较高水平,POD酶活性在噻虫嗪、苏云金杆菌、氯虫苯甲酰胺三种农药处理后,均在3 d时达到最高值,7 d左右恢复至对照水平,但这种差异因农药种类的不同存在着一定差异,其中毒死蜱对番茄抗氧化酶活性的影响与其他农药相比有所不同。 In order to reveal the effect of pesticides on the antioxidant enzymes activities in tomato leaves,tomato was used as experimental material,and the activity of APX,PPO,CAT,POD and the protein content of tomato treated with four pesticides (chlorpyrifos,chlorantraniliprole,bacillus thuringiensis and thiamethoxam) respectively were determined.The results showed that the protein content of tomato leaf was affected in different treatments except for Bacillus thuringiensis ,and the antioxidant enzyme activity of tomato leaves increased in different degree in response to pesticide treatment, although the difference became smaller with the extension of time.The activities of APX,PPO and CAT were higher between 12 h and 1 d after pesticide treatment,and the activity of POD was the highest at 3 d after treatment with thiamethoxam, bacillus thuringiensis and ehlorantranil, and revert to control level at 7 d after treatment.However,the effect of pesticides on antioxidant enzyme activities of tomato leaves were distinctive due to different types of pesticides, such as the effects of chlorpyrifos on antioxidant enzyme activities of tomato were different from others.
