枸杞多糖对老龄小鼠急性毒性研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究枸杞(Lycium barbarum.)多糖对老龄小鼠的急性毒性反应。对老龄模型小鼠采取一日内最大耐受量实验。在试验前禁食(不禁水)12 h,然后进行小鼠急性经口毒理试验,每日采用最大浓度、最大体积、一次性灌胃给药,连续观察7 d,记录小鼠的行为、摄食量、体重、粪便和死亡情况,研究枸杞多糖对老龄小鼠的安全性评价。对老龄模型小鼠以最大剂量、最大体积口服灌胃LBP,小鼠毛色、摄食量、体重和粪便情况均无明显异常。小鼠肝脏、脾脏病理切片及血象结果显示无明显异常。枸杞多糖对老龄小鼠无急性毒性反应。 One day maximum tolerance test was adopted to study the acute toxicity of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide on aged mice. 12 hours of fasting(except water) before the test, then acute oral toxicity test was conducted using daily maximum concentration and volume, disposable intragastric administration, observed for 7 days, behavior,food intake ,weight, stool and mortality of the mice were recorded to study the safety evaluation of Lycium barbarum polysaceharide on aged mice. The coat color,food intake,weight and stool were not abnormal significantly after the aged mice were given by gavage LBP with maximum dose and volume. And the liver, spleen pathological section and blood had no obvious abnormalities either. It could conclude that there was no toxic effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide on aged mice.
