东北地区资源衰退型城市工业遗产旅游开发研究

Study on the Development of Industrial Heritage Tourism in the Recovering Cities of Northeast China

工业遗产旅游有能够为资源衰退型城市提供就业岗位、推动结构调整、打造城市文化、完善城市布局的作用,东北地区转型资源衰退型城市又拥有开展工业遗产旅游的优越条件,依托城市工业遗产进行旅游开发,是保护工业遗产、弘扬工业文化、提升城市形象、实现资源衰退型城市经济结构转型的重要途径。从开展工业遗产普查、整合多重旅游资源、联动发展生产游和遗产游、发挥政府主导作用四个方面提出开展工业遗产旅游的构想。

Industrial heritage tourism had the advantage of providing jobs for resource-deprived cities,promoting structural adjustment, building city culture and perfecting urban layout. The recessive cities with transitional resources in northeast China had the advantages of carrying out industrial heritage tourism, relying on urban industry Heritage tourism development was an important way to protect the industrial heritage,promoted industrial culture,enhanced the image of the city,and realized the economic transformation of the city with resource decline. This paper put forward the idea of carrying out industrial heritage tourism from four aspects：carrying out industrial heritage census,integrating multiple tourism resources,developing development tour and heritage tour, and playing the leading role of government.
