海信南方大厦抗震优化设计

摘要 海信南方大厦高度为149.7m,平面呈矩形布置,结构体系为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒。采用PKPM、ETABS软件对结构进行弹性阶段的对比分析,同时采用ABAQUS软件对结构进行罕遇地震弹塑性分析。根据该工程结构超限情况,确定整体及构件的抗震性能化目标,采取有效的加强措施,最后通过大震弹塑性分析计算,表明该工程结构安全、可靠,并具有良好的抗震性能。 Hisense South Building is a rectangular plane layout,149. 7m height building with reinforced concrete frame-core wall structural system. By using PKPM and ETABS software,the elastic phase of the structure was analyzed and compared,and Elasto-plastic analysis of the structure was carried out by ABAQUS software. According to the over-limit condition of the project structure,the seismic performance target of the whole and the component was determined,and effective strengthening measures were taken to ensure the structure is safe,reliable and have good seismic performance.
