摘要
以一座钢筋混凝土刚架拱桥为工程背景,通过桥梁结构检测与技术状况检查、静载试验、承载力检算等方法,对桥梁状况进行了评估,结果表明,该桥的技术状况等级为四类,主要构件有大的缺损,严重影响桥梁使用功能或承载能力,不能保证正常使用。拱脚承载能力不满足要求。针对此刚架拱桥构件承载力不足、构件间连接弱、结构整体性差,变形较大的问题,提出若干加固措施,以提高承载力和增强整体性。
A reinforced concrete rigid arch bridge is selected as the sample of the required engineering background. Based on the bridge routine detection,static testing and load capacity evaluation,the condition of required engineering bridge was evaluated. It can be concluded that the main components have large defects,the load capacity of bridge is severely weakened which can not be normally used. The technical grade of the bridge is 4 grade. It has been found that the connections among the components were weak resulting in relatively poor structural integrity,inadequate longitudinal rigidity and large deformations. Due to these drawbacks,all the arch ribs and springing together with the straining beams were reinforced by means of bonding steel plates after sealing the detected cracks. The integrity and bearing capacity of the arch bridge can be highly improved in order to meet the requirement of the new design loads.
