摘要
在肯尼亚工程项目的实施过程中,肯尼亚建筑工人工效低的问题比较突出。通过分析了肯尼亚建筑工人的现状和其工效低的本质原因,结合肯尼亚的工程经历,提出了劳动竞赛、工时包干制这两种提高肯尼亚建筑工人工效的方法,并进行了工程实践。结合这两种方法,提炼出一套提高工人工效的方案。
The problem of the low efficiency of Kenyan construction workers is very serious during the construction period for the projects in Kenya. The essential reason of the status and low efficiency of Kenyan construction workers were analyzed at the beginning. Combined with the author's engineering experience in Kenya,two types of work competition and system of man-hour responsibility of improving the work efficiency of Kenyan construction workers were provided with the engineering practice. At last,combined with these two methods,a set of proposal of improving the workers' efficiency were extracted.
