海底混输管道清管段塞影响因素分析及控制 被引量:6

摘要 海底油气混输管道在进行清管操作时,清管段塞会对下游的平台生产流程及设备带来冲击、振动等影响。在管道与平台连接处安装段塞流捕集器能够有效减小清管段塞造成的不利影响,但受平台面积的限制,段塞流捕集器的尺寸不宜过大。以渤海某油田的新建海底管道为例,分别研究管径、出口压力、管道输量等因素对清管段塞体积的影响规律,进而提出控制清管段塞体积、优化段塞流捕集器尺寸的可行措施。研究计算表明,通过优化清管操作,可将该海底管道的清管段塞体积由28.4 m^3减小至14.0 m^3左右,优化了捕集器的尺寸,减少了工程投资。 During pigging operation of subsea multiphase pipeline, pigging surge will result in a series of adverse effects on the production of offshore platform, such as vibration and strike to downstream platform process and equipment. Slug catcher equipped on the downstream offshore platform can minimize the impact of slug flow and pigging surge. However, the size of slug catcher is limited due to the narrow space of platform. A newly-built subsea multiphase pipeline is studied in this paper to analyze the influences of diameter, outlet pressure and flowrate on the pigging surge. The corresponding measures used to reduce the pigging surge volume are proposed. The calculation results show that the volume of pigging surge can be reduced from 28.4 m^3 to about 14.0 m^3. The size of the slug catcher on the platform can also be optimized.
