摘要
针对LNG储罐容积认识混乱的现象,分析相关规范,并结合国内外实际工程项目及现场工程经验,明确了LNG储罐容积的含义,分析影响LNG储罐工作容积的主要因素,这些因素主要有LNG储罐类型、最高操作液位、地震时液面晃动高度、潜液泵所需最小液位、泵井收缩量、施工质量和精度等。研究表明:明确LNG储罐容积的含义可为设计、施工及管理人员提供可靠的指导性基准,有利于形成储罐罐容及尺寸系列标准化;提高储罐容积利用率可降低工程项目的建设成本和提高行业内的市场竞争力。
With consideration to the relevant standard, domestic and international engineering projects and field engineering experience, the definition of LNG tank volume is ascertained. The key parameters to affect the working volume are studied and analyzed. The main factors affecting the working volume of LNG tank are LNG tank type, highest operational level, seismic liquid surface sloshing height, required minimum liquid level of submerged pump, pump well shrink length, construction quality and precision. The research shows that the ascertained definition of LNG tank working volume can provide the reliable guiding standard for personnel of design, construction and management, and is conducive to the formation of standards about tank capacity and size series; improving the working volume can reduce project construction cost and improve the market competitiveness in the industry.
