环境因素对TDLAS气体检测结果影响的抑制方法研究

摘要 由于温度和压强变化对TDLAS痕量气体检测测量精度有很大的影响,通过实验室标定.分别取不同温度和压强环境,对气体谱线的线强及宽度进行采样试验,根据试验结果,分别建立了温度及压强补偿方法,补偿后气体检测精度小于3个ppm量级.
