比较尿干化学法和尿沉渣分析仪检测白细胞结果的异同 被引量:2

摘要 目的比较分析尿干化学法和尿沉渣分析仪检测白细胞结果的异同。方法该研究对象选自该院2014年7月—2015年7月收集的2 838份需检测白细胞尿液标本,对所有尿液标本分别应用尿干化学法和尿沉渣分析仪检测,分析两种检测方法结果。结果符合率方面,尿干化学法和尿沉渣分析仪检测粒子数>15.1/u L为阳性界值一共有562份样本,两种检测方法同时检测出407份样本,符合率为72.41%。其中干化学法样本结果与尿沉渣分析仪检测结果符合率分为63.4%,58.4%,78.2%及95.4%。562份样本中,尿干化学法尿白细胞结果在粒子数差别方面明显大于尿沉渣分析检测结果样本408份,占72.59%。在干化学检测法(+)、(++)、(+++)、(++++)的标本中白细胞结果远远大于尿沉渣分析结果。尿干化学法检测白细胞阴性符合率为97.40%(1 388/1 425),阳性符合率为94.12%(1 330/1 413),假阴性符合率为2.59%(37/1 425),假阳性符合率为5.87%(83/1 413)。结论尿沉渣分析仪检测白细胞结果可能会因假阳性例子而增高,尿干化学法检测结果也会受淋巴细胞、细胞溶解等各方面影响而大于尿沉渣分析仪法,所以实施复检可进一步确保结果的准确性。 Objective Comparative analysis of urine dry chemistry method and urinary sediment analyzer test WBC similarities and differences of the results. Methods In this paper, the research object to choose self court in July 2014 to July 2015 collected 2 838 need to test WBC in urine specimens, for all urine specimens respectively using urine dry chemistry method and urinary sediment analyzer test, analysis of two methods of testing results. Results The coinci- dence rate, urine dry chemistry method and urinary sediment analyzer test particle number 〉 15.1/uL positive for a total of 562 samples, the two kinds of detection methods detected 407 samples at the same time, the coincidence rate was 72.41%. The dry chemistry method sample results and urinary sediment analyzer test results coincidence rate is 63.4%, 58.4%, 78.2% and 95.4%. 562 samples of urine dry chemistry method urine is bigger than the white blood cells results in terms of particle number difference analysis of urine dreg, testing results of samples of 408, accounting for 72.59%. In dry chemistry method (+), (+ +), (+ + +), (+ + + +) specimens of white blood cells results is far greater than in the urine sediment analysis results. Urine dry chemistry method to detect white negative coincidence rate was 97.40%(1 388/1 425), the positive coincidence rate was 94.12% (1 330/1 413), false negative coincidence rate was 2.59%(37/1 425), false positive coincidence rate was 5.87%(83/1 413). Conclusion Urinary sediment analyzer test WBC results may be increased due to the false positive example, urine dry chemistry method test results will be affected by the dissolved eell of lymphocyte, and so on various aspects and is greater than the urinary sediment analyzer method, so the imple- mentation ean further ensure the accuracy of the results.
