巴曲酶加以尤瑞克林在急性脑梗死治疗上的临床效果评价

摘要 目的研究巴曲酶加以尤瑞克林在急性脑梗死治疗上的临床效果与安全性。方法现从该院于2013年11月—2015年11月收治的急性脑梗死患者中筛选出84例作为此次研究的观察对象,均符合相关的纳入标准,参照随机分配原则将患者分为对照组与研究组,各入组42例。两组患者均接受"常规+巴曲酶"用药方案,在此基础上研究组还加以尤瑞克林治疗,治疗结束后以神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)的改善为标准分析疗效,并观察患者治疗前后NIHSS评分、BI指数的变化趋势,同时对用药的安全性予以评析。结果研究组的临床总好转率为90.5%,比较于对照组的69.0%显著更高(P<0.05);比较两组治疗前NIHSS评分、BI指数均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在治疗20、60 d,两组的NIHSS评分有明显下降趋势(P<0.05),BI指数则有上升趋势(P<0.05,),而研究组的下降和上升趋势更为明显(P<0.05);两组均未见明显严重不良反应。结论巴曲酶加以尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死可显著减轻神经功能缺损程度,提升患者的日常生活活动能力,且用药安全性较高,建议临床加以重视并推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of batroxobin to Urinary in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods The patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital in November 2013 to November 2015 were screened in 84 cases as the research object of observation, comply with relevant standards, according to the prin- ciple of random distribution, the patients were divided into control group and study group, each group of 42 cases. Two groups of patients received conventional therapy + batroxobin", on the basis of the study group also to treatment, after treatment with the neurological deficit score(NIHSS) to improve the standard of curative effect analysis, and observe the changing trend of NIHSS score, BI index of patients before and after treatment, and the safety of medication comment on. Results The clinical total effective rate was 90.5%, compared to 69.0% in the control group were significantly high- er(P〉0.05); comparison of the two groups before treatment NIHSS score, BI index showed no significant difference (P〉 0.05), in the treatment of 20 d, 60 d, NIHSS of two groups decreased significantly(P〈0.05), the B1 index increased (P〈 0.05), while the study group decreased and the trend is more significant (P〈0.05); the two groups were no obvious ad- verse reactions. Conclusion Batroxobin to Urinary; in treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly reduce the degree of neurological deficit, improve the patient's activities of daily living, and the safety is high, clinical atten- tion and application.
