摘要
目的分析输卵管积液的MRI影像学特点,以提高对输卵管积液的认识及鉴别诊断的能力。方法回顾性分析2014年6月—2016年8月收治的29例经手术病理证实的输卵管积液患者临床及MRI影像资料,分析其病变形态特征、信号特点。结果 29例输卵管积液病例中双侧8例,左侧12例,右侧9例,慢性宫颈炎伴输卵管积液9例,化脓性输卵管炎伴输卵管积脓、卵巢脓肿4例,合并巧克力囊肿3例,子宫肌瘤6例,子宫腺肌症2例,浆液性囊腺瘤3例,输卵管高分化子宫内膜样癌1例,输卵管出血梗死1例。MR表现:双侧子宫旁"腊肠状"、"S"型或"串珠状"、多囊状及类圆形异常信号灶,内部见完全或不全性分隔。增强扫描时囊壁及分隔强化,合并输卵管化脓性炎症时,管壁明显增厚伴强化。结论输卵管积液在磁共振成像上有一定的特征性的表现,MRI对该病的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要的价值。
Objective MRI imaging features of sactosalpinx analysis, to improve the ability of understanding and differ- ential diagnosis of sactosalpinx. Methods A retrospective analysis from June 2014 to August 2016 of 29 patients with pathologically proved tubal effusion clinical and MRI imaging data, analysis of the lesion morphology, signal character- istics. Results 29 cases bilateral tubal effusion occurred in 8 cases, 12 cases on the left side, right side in 9 cases, 9 cases of chronic cervicitis with hydrosalpinx, salpingitis with fallopian tube, 4 cases of ovarian abscess, 3 cases with chocolate cyst, 6 cases of uterine leiomyoma, 2 cases of adenomyosis, 3 cases of serous cystadenoma and 1 cases of en- dometrioid carcinoma of fallopian tube high differentiation, fallopian tube hemorrhage infarction in 1 cases. MR showed bilateral uterine side botuliform "," S "or" beaded "sacculated and circular lesions, internal complete or incomplete separation. Enhanced scanning of cyst wall And with separated strengthening, tubal suppurative irfflammation, wall thickening and enhancement. Conclusion Sactosalpinx have certain features in magnetic resonance imaging, MRI has an important value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease.
