甲钴胺分散片加复方玄驹胶囊治疗脑梗死后勃起功能障碍疗效观察

To Observe the Curative Effect of Compound Xuanju Capsule Erectile Dysfunction after Cerebral Infarction Treated with Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablets

目的探讨甲钴胺分散片加复方玄驹胶囊治疗脑梗死后勃起功能障碍临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表法选取郑州中医院男科2014年1月—2016年3月收治的81例脑梗死后勃起功能障碍患者,按照用药方法的不同进行分组,对照组40例患者采用复方玄驹胶囊治疗,观察组41例患者采用甲钴胺分散片联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效及治疗前后勃起功能评分(ⅡEF-5)。结果两组患者治疗后ⅡEF-5评分均有所升高,但观察组治疗后ⅡEF-5明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后临床疗效总有效率95.12%明显高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺分散片联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗能够改善脑梗死后勃起功能障碍的预后,提高临床疗效总有效率及ⅡEF-5评分,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of erectile dysfunction with Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablets fufangxuanju capsule in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods Randomly selected Zhengzhou Andrology Hospi- tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to March 2016 treated 81 cases of cerebral infarction patients with erectile dysfunction, were grouped according to the different treatment methods, 40 patients of control group treat- ed by fufangxuanju capsule treatment, the observation group of 41 patients with Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablets joint compound Xuanju capsule treatment. The clinical efficacy and erectile function score （IIEF-5） of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results The scores of IIEF-5 were significantly increased after treatment in two groups, but the observation group after treatment, IIEF,5 was significantly higher than the control group, the observa- tion group （P〈0.05）; clinical efficacy after treatment, the total efficiency of 95.12% wassignificantly higher than the control group 80%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Methylcobalamin Dispersible Tablets joint compound Xuanju capsule treat- ment can improve the prognosis of erectile dysfunction after cerebral infarction, improve the clinical efficacy of the total effective rate and IIEF-5 score, it is worthy of clinical use.
