摘要
目的研究并比较对小儿支原体肺炎患者采用阿奇霉素治疗和采用红霉素治疗的效果。方法选择该院2015年1月—2016年1月接收的小儿支原体肺炎患者102例作为研究对象,按照随机数字抽取表法将患者分为两组,观察组和对照组均为51例,其中观察组患者采用阿奇霉素进行治疗,对照组患者采用红霉素进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率和症状、体征消失时间及住院时间等。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.04%,对照组治疗总有效率为74.51%,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为15.69%,显著低于对照组不良反应发生率41.18%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间及X线阴影消失时间等症状、体征消失时间明显低于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者住院时间短于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与红霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎效果相比,阿奇霉素治疗效果更加明显,治疗有效率高,明显降低不良反应发生率,且体征消失时间和住院时间均缩短,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To study and compare the effect of azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in chil- dren and the effect of erythromycin treatment. Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 received mycoplasma pneumonia in 102 patients as the research object, according to the random number tabl.e extraction method were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group was 51 cases, the observation group were treated with azithromyein treatment, the treatment of control group were treated with erythromycin, compared between the two groups the treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions and the symptoms and signs disappeared time and hospitalization time etc. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 98.04%, control group total effec- tive rate was 74.51%, with statistically significant data difference(P〈0.05); Patients in the observation group the inci- dence of adverse reactions was 15.69%, significantly lower than the control group adverse reaction rate was 41.18%, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); The patients in the observation group were fever time, cough disappeared time, rales and X-ray shadow disappear time and the symptoms and signs disappeared time was significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant data difference(P〈0,05); The patients in the observation group were short- er than the control group, with statistically significant data difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with the therapeu- tic effect of erythromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia, azithromycin treatment effect is more obvious, theeffective rate of the treatment is high, significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and the symptoms disap- peared time and hospitalization time were shortened, it has important clinical significance.
