整体护理在急诊急救护理工作中的应用分析

目的对整体护理在急诊急救护理工作中的应用进行研究分析。方法该次的研究对象是该院2013年2月—2016年2月期间收治的24例急诊急救患者。所有患者均采用动态随机化分法,分为研究组12例和对照组12例。对照组患者使用常规护理,另一组患者给予整体护理干预(研究组),观察对比两组急诊急救患者抢救成功率、不良反应发生率、有效抢救时间及护理前后生活质量情况。结果结果得知,研究组患者抢救成功率(91.67%)、不良反应发生率(8.33%)与对照组对比,明显有较大优势(P<0.05);研究组患者有效抢救时间(46.35±2.54)min优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者护理后躯体功能评分(82.19±10.30)分、心理功能评分(84.51±11.22)分、社会功能评分(86.71±9.24)分、物质生活评分(83.47±10.23)分均比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论采用整体护理对急诊急救患者进行护理效果显著,能有效提高抢救成功率,降低不良反应发生率,有效提高患者生活质量,在临床上可以广泛应用。

Objective To study the application of holistic nursing in emergency nursing. Methods This study was per- formed in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2016 treated 24 cases of emergency patients. All patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 12 cases and 12 cases~ Control group patients with routine nurs- ing care, the other group were given nursing intervention （Study Group）, were compared between two groups of patients with emergency treatment success rate and the incidence of adverse reaction and effective rescue and nursing quality of life before and after the time. Results The results show that the success rate of patients in the study group（91.67%）, the incidence of adverse reactions （8.33%） compared with the control group, there was a larger advantage（P 〈0,05） of pa- tients in the study group; the effective rescue time （46.35±2.54） min than the control group（P 〈0.05）; physical function of patients after nursing research the score of group（82.19±10.30）points, psychological function score（84.51±1l.22） points, social function scores （86.71±9.24）points, material life score （83.47±10.23）points were higher compared with the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The holistic nursing care for patients with emergency treatment and nursing effect, can effectively improve the success rate, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the quality of life of pa- tients, it can be widely applied in clinic.
