75%的医用酒精消毒洗胃机体外连接管路的效果分析

Observation of 75% of Medical Alcohol Sterilized Gastric Lavage is Outside of the Body Connecting Line Effect

目的探讨75%的医用酒精消毒全自动洗胃机体外连接管的效果。方法将2014年11月—2015年10月患者洗胃使用后的洗胃机体外连接管201根,按简单随机分组法事先分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用2%含氯消毒液消毒洗胃机体外连接管,观察组采用75%的医用酒精消毒洗胃机体外连接管,比较两种消毒方法的干燥时间、有效保存时间。结果观察组干燥时间分别为干燥季节(14.97±6.43)h,潮湿季节(9.54±5.21)h明显少于对照组;观察组体外连接管生物检测合格率,在7 d和14 d均为100.00%,明显优于对照组消毒方法,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用75%医用酒精消毒洗胃机体外连接管的方法,干燥时间短,保存时效更长,此消毒方法有效可行。

Objective To explore the medical alcohol sterilized automatic gastric lavage machine body 75% of theouter connecting pipe effect. Methods From November 2014 to October 2015 the use of gastric lavage in patients after gas- tric lavage outside the body connecting pipe 201, according to a simple random grouping method is divided into obser- vation group and control group, control group using 2% chlorine disinfectant body connecting pipe outside the gastric lavage, the observation group with 75% medical alcohol sterilized gastric lavage machine in the connecting pipe, drying time, comparison of two kinds of disinfection methods are effective to save time. Results In the observation group were drying time of the dry season （14.97±6.43）h, the wet season （9.54±5.21）h was significantly lower than the control group; the observation group in vitro connecting tube biological detection qualified rate in 7 d and 14 d was 100.00%, signifi- cantly better than the control group disinfection method, the results were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The method of using 75% medical alcohol sterilized gastric lavage body connecting pipe, short drying time, save time longer, the disinfection method is effective and feasible.
