辨证施护对脾胃虚寒型胃痛的护理效果分析

目的探讨和分析辨证施护对脾胃虚寒型胃痛的护理效果。方法选取2014年6月—2016年6月期间在该院接受临床治疗的70例脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组35例,对两组患者均进行中西医结合治疗,并对对照组患者进行常规护理,对研究组患者进行辨证施护,分析两组患者的效果。结果研究组患者胃痛消失时间、住院天数分别为(4.98±1.35)、(13.76±2.01)d,与对照组患者的(9.34±2.98)、(20.53±3.97)d相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率(97.14%)与对照组患者(85.71%)相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者的护理满意度(94.29%)与对照组患者(80.00%)相比较,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脾胃虚寒型胃痛患者实施辨证施护的效果较好。

Objective To investigate and analyze the nursing care effect of spleen deficiency type stomach. Methods During the period from June 2014 to June 2016, 70 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency type patients in our hospital as the research object, according to randomly divided into two groups, each group has 35 patients, combined treatment two groups of patients were performed in western medicine, and the control group were given routine nursing care, the study group patients with syndrome nursing, the two groups were analyzed. Results The study group of pa- tients with stomachache disappeared time, hospitalization days were （4.98±1.35）,（13.76±2.01） d, and the control group patients （9.34±2.98）, （20.53±3.97） d, with obvious difference between groups （P 〈 0.05）, the clinical treatment of pa- tients with total efficiency（97.14%） and control group（85.71%）patients compared with obvious difference between groups （P〈0.05）. The patients in the study group support Physical satisfaction （94.29%） and control group （80.00%）patients compared with obvious difference between groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The spleen and stomach deficiency type pa- tients nursing effect is good.
