心理疏导在新生儿科护士中的应用效果分析

The Application Result Analyze of Nurse in the Neonatology Department by Psychological Counseling

目的探讨心理疏导在新生儿科护士中的应用效果。方法分析该院2015年2月—2016年2月新生儿科护士60名临床资料,依据是否对护士实施心理疏导进行分组,对照组30名和心理疏导组30名,观察两组新生儿科护士焦虑评分和抑郁评分、新生儿科护士临床护理能力情况。结果心理疏导组新生儿科护士焦虑评分(39.1±4.0)分和抑郁评分(38.7±4.1)分均低于对照组(45.2±4.6)分和(45.9±4.5)分,心理疏导组护理评估准确率100.0%、护理措施落实率98.3%、护理记录准确率99.2%、静脉穿刺1次成功率98.3%、患儿家长对护士沟通满意度100.0%均高于对照组80.0%、83.3%、81.7%、82.5%、82.5%,,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0)。结论心理疏导在新生儿科护士中的应用后,可以改善患者不良心理情绪,提高护理工作质量。

Objective To approach result analyze of nurse in the neonatology department by psychological counseling. Methods The 60 cases clinical data of nurse in our hospital neonatology department from February 2015 to February 2016 were analyzed, which was to be divided into two groups by psychological counseling or not, control group 30 cases and psychological counseling group 30 cases,the SDS and SAS,clinical nursing ability of two groups neonatology de- partment nurse were detected. Results The SDS（39.1±4.0）points and SAS （38.7±4.1）points of detection group neona- tology department nurse were lower than control group （45.2±4.6）points and （45.9±4.5）points,the nursing assessment accuracy 100.0% ,LaShiLv nursing measures 98.3% ,Nursing record accuracy 99.2% ,1 time successful rate of venipuncture98.3%,nurse communication satisfaction 100.0% of children with parents of detection group neonatology department nurse were higher than control group 80.0% ,83.3% ,81.7% ,82.5% ,82.5% ,the difference were statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application result analyze of nurse in the neonatology department by psychologi- cal counseling, which could improve bad psychological emotions for patients, which could increase nursing work quality.
