摘要
功能性电刺激和踏车运动均已被广泛报道其对神经系统疾患运动功能恢复的具有显著疗效,但临床实践发现部分SCI、脑卒中患者很难独立完成踏车运动,原因可能是共同运动模式、肌张力异常、肌耐力下降、心肺功能受限等因素限制;而功能性电刺激联合踏车运动最早应用于20世纪80年代,国外已有少量报道,这一技术在近年来才逐步在临床上推广使用,目前国内还未见相关报道。查阅近年来国外有关功能性电刺激联合踏车运动临床应用的文献,总结并分析其研究现状和优势。
Widely reported that functional electrical stimulation and cycling exercise have significant effects in nervous system movement dysfunction rehabilitation, however, clinical practices found that it is difficult for the patients with spinal cord injury and cerebral apoplexy to do cycling exercise independently. The reasons are some limited factors such as synergy movement, dystonia, reduced muscle endurance, cardio-pulmonary function and so on. The treatment of functional electrical stimulation and cycling exercise had began in 1980"s and it was occasionally reported abroad. But only recently, it had started to be used widely in clinic gradually, and no reports about this can be found domestically. Cited foreign medical literature about functional electrical stimulation combining with cycling exercise in recent years, research status and its advantages can be summarized and analyzed.
