摘要
我国每年有近2亿t的稻谷被加工成食用大米,碾米机作为稻谷加工的关键设备,在保证成品大米质量、提高粮食利用率、节能降耗等方面起着至关重要的作用。从工艺设计、设备选型、施工以及操作管理等几个方面对碾米机减碎降耗技术进行了研究分析,并提出相关措施以供参考。
In China, nearly two hundred million tons of paddy are processed to edible rice every year. Rice mill as key equipment in rice processing, plays a key role in ensuring rice quality,improving grain utilization rate and saving energy. We researched the reduction of broken rate from several aspects:process design, equipment selection, construction and operation management, and put forward the relevant measures.
