摘要
为研究辣木的瘤胃降解特性,探索辣木不同部位在反刍动物饲料中的应用技术,以3头安装永久性瘘管的肉牛为试验动物,采用尼龙袋法测定辣木叶、辣木枝、辣木茎在瘤胃内的降解率和降解参数。结果表明:辣木不同部位各营养成分降解率均在48h达到降解平台期,但不同部位降解率差异较大。辣木叶各营养成分96h降解率和有效降解率均最高,辣木枝居中,辣木茎最低。因此从瘤胃降解特性来看,辣木三个部位的营养价值从大到小依次为:辣木叶、辣木枝、辣木茎。在饲喂肉牛过程中,建议单独饲喂辣木叶,辣木枝混合营养含量高的饲料饲喂,不建议将辣木茎直接作为肉牛饲料。
This experiment was conducted to study the degradation characteristics of Moringa in the rumen of beef cattle and explore the application technology of different parts of Moringa as a feed resource for ruminant. Three beef cattle with perma- nent rumen fistula were selected to determine the degradation rate and degradation parameters of leaves, branch and stem of Moringa. The results showed that: the degradation rates of nutrients of different parts of Moringa reached plateau at 48 h,while the degradation rates of different parts varied greatly. The degradation rate and the effective degradation rate of the Moringa leaf was the highest,then the Moringa branch,which of the Moringa stem was the lowest. In conclusion,the comparision of nu- tritional value among three parts from high to low was:Moringa leaf,Moringa branch,Moringa stem. When feeding beef cat- tle,Moringa leaf should be individually fed and Moringa branch is fed mixed with high nutrient content,while Moringa stem is not recommended as beef cattle.
