Analysis on the Extractives of Cornu Saiga tatarica

目的 :对羚羊丝浸出物进行分析。方法 :通过热浸法将不同浸出时间得到的浸出物进行比较。结果 :浸出时间分别为 1h,2 h,3h的浸出物含量分别为 1.5 1% ,0 .11% ,0 .0 1%。结论 :通过此方法 。

Objective:To analyze the extractives of Cornu Saiga tatarica .Methods:To compare the extractives that we used decoction method during different extracted time.Results:The content of extracted time were 1.51% and 0.11% and 0.01 % with extracted time was 1 h and 2 h and 3 h, respective1y.Conclusion:The results showed that efficient ingredient was influenced remarkably by different extracted time.
